Some documents require manual review when the AI needs confirmation on classification or extraction.

What Triggers Review?

Documents are flagged for review when:

  • Low confidence extractions (AI is uncertain about extracted data)
  • Classification uncertainties (document type unclear)
  • Split document decisions (multiple documents detected in one file)

Finding Items Needing Review

Orders Table Indicator

Orders with documents needing review show an indicator in the Orders dashboard. This helps you quickly identify which orders need attention.

Documents Tab Indicator

Within an order, the Documents tab shows which documents need review. Look for status indicators on individual documents.

Accessing Review

  1. Open the order from the Orders dashboard
  2. Go to the Documents tab
  3. Click on a document marked for review
  4. The review panel opens with the document and extracted data

Why Review Matters

Documents are not added to the runsheet until fully processed. This means all required reviews (split, classification, extraction) must be completed before a document's matters appear in the chain of title.

Completing reviews ensures:

  • Documents appear in the runsheet
  • Accurate data in your chain of title
  • Correct document classifications
  • Quality title examinations

Unreviewed documents will not contribute to your runsheet until their reviews are complete.
