Dashboard Overview

The Orders dashboard is your home base for managing title examinations.

Main Interface

When you log in, you'll see the Orders dashboard with these key areas:

Header Bar

  • Platted Logo - Click to return to the dashboard
  • Connection Status - Shows "Live" when connected for real-time updates on document processing progress and orders that other examiners are working on
  • User Menu - Access your profile and sign out

Orders Table

The main area displays all orders with these columns:

  • Order Number - Unique identifier for each order
  • Property - Property address or legal description
  • County - Recording county
  • Status - Current order status
  • Examiner - Assigned examiner (if any)
  • Created - When the order was created

Filtering and Search

Above the orders table:

  • Search - Find orders by number, property, or party name
  • Status Filter - Filter by order status
  • Examiner Filter - Filter by assigned examiner

Navigation

Click any order row to open the Order Detail page where you can:

  • View and edit order information
  • Upload and manage documents
  • Review the runsheet
  • Complete the examination

Click the New Order button to create a new title examination order. See Creating Orders for details.
