Logging In

Access Platted through your organization's login page.

Standard Login

1. Navigate to the login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter your password
4. Click Sign In

First Time Access

If this is your first time logging in:

1. Check your email for an invitation from Platted
2. Click the Accept Invitation link in the email
3. Create a secure password
4. Complete your profile with your first name, last name, and phone number
5. Click Complete Setup

Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password:

1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email for a password reset link
4. Click the link and create a new password

Session Management

Your session will remain active as long as you're using the application. For security, sessions expire after a period of inactivity. Simply log in again if your session expires.
