Order Details

The Order Detail page is where you manage all aspects of a title examination.

Accessing Order Details

Click any order row in the Orders dashboard to open its detail page.

Page Layout

Reference Strip

At the top of the page you'll see:

  • Back Button - Return to the Orders dashboard
  • Order Number - The order identifier
  • Status Badge - Current order status
  • Quick Actions - Common actions like marking complete

Tab Navigation

The order detail page uses tabs to organize information:

Overview Tab

The Overview tab displays:

Order Information

  • Order number and status
  • Creation and modification dates
  • Assigned examiner (with ability to change)

Property Details

  • Property address
  • County with CAD link
  • Legal description

Party Information

  • List of buyers with entity types
  • List of sellers with entity types

Documents Tab

Manage all documents for the order. From here you can:

  • Search the title plant to find and import recorded documents
  • Upload supporting documents like contracts and title requests

The Documents tab shows:

  • Exam Documents - Title documents for examination (primarily from the plant)
  • Supporting Documents - Contracts, requests, and other supporting materials

Runsheet Tab

View and manage the extracted chain of title. See Runsheet for details.

Property Map Tab

View a map showing the property location based on the address.

Real-Time Updates

The order detail page updates in real-time. When documents finish processing or other users make changes, you'll see updates without refreshing the page.
