Reviewing Extractions
After processing, review extracted data to ensure accuracy.
Why Review?
AI extraction is powerful but not perfect. Reviewing ensures:
- Party names are spelled correctly
- Recording information is accurate
- Legal descriptions match the document
- Matters are correctly identified
Accessing Extraction Review
- Open the order's Documents tab
- Click a document row to open the detail panel
- Review the extracted information
Extraction Review Panel
The panel shows extracted data organized by section:
Document Information
- Document type and category
- Recording information (instrument number, book/page)
- Recording date and execution date
Parties
- Grantor(s) / Seller(s)
- Grantee(s) / Buyer(s)
- Entity types for each party
Legal Description
- Extracted legal description text
- Parsed fields (subdivision, lot, block, etc.)
Matters
- Identified chain of title entries
- Matter types and entry numbers
- References to other documents
Review Actions
For each extraction, you can:
- Accept - Confirm the extraction is correct
- Edit - Make corrections
- Reject - Mark as incorrect (for re-extraction)
Completing Review
After reviewing all sections:
- Make any necessary corrections
- Click Accept and Close
- The document status updates to show review is complete
Low Confidence Items
Items with low confidence scores are highlighted. Pay special attention to these as they're more likely to need correction.
Bulk Review
For orders with many documents, focus on:
- Documents flagged for review
- Low confidence extractions
- Key documents (recent deeds, current mortgage)
